CYO Board Meetings and Dates



 The meetings will be held usually in rooms 5 or 6 in the Dolan Center. The meeting will be held on the third Friday of every Month. Times for the general membership meetings are 6:30 start time.  As usual, these meeting are not grievance meetings, we follow a pre-set agenda, and agenda items must be submitted to the President prior to the meeting.  To be eligible to vote on an item discussed in the meeting you must be a certified coach.   Attendance is taken and minutes are written.  We encourage all to feel welcome to attend these meetings and please feel free to share your ideas, thoughts or contructive criticism.   PLEASE NOTE THAT COACHES ARE ASKED TO ATTEND THE CYO MEETING AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE, AT A MINIMUM WE WILL REQUIRE THAT THEY ATTEND



AT LEAST THE MEETINGS THAT ARE HELD DURING THE SPORT THAT THEY ARE COACHING.

In need of a few good volunteers



We are in need of a few adult volunteers to participate on the CYO Board.  If interested please contact Jim Welsh  654-0553.  Take some time out of your busy life to make a difference in the lives of the children of our parish community.  You will be glad you did.

Please note that if you have a concern or issue with the CYO Program there is a chain of command that should be followed.  Your first step is to contact the commissioner of the sport, then the atletic director, then the President. All of these numbers are listed above on the Parish Information Section.
