2011 OLPH Radical Reverse Raffle
The OLPH CYO has scheduled another exciting "Radical Reverse Raffle"
The tickets are $50 and will get 2 people through the door at the New Braunfels Civic Center on Saturday, May 14, 2011 for a night of dinner, music, auctions, Texas "Hold Em" Tournament, gaming and get this, "A CHANCE AT $10,000" based on ticket sales over 600 tickets sold. The event will start at 5pm to midnight. Dinner will be served from 6:30 to 8:30pm. A "Texas Hold Em'" will be open to the first 45 people that sign up at the event. 2010-11 Soccer, Flag Football & Volleyball Registration
Registration is July 18th and 25th from 9am to 1pm at the OLPH School cafeteria. July 28th, Primarily for OLPH School from 9am to 1pm in the school cafeteria and from 2 to 6pm in the school cafeteria. Practice starts in August.
2010-11 Basketball Registration
Registration is from 9am to 1pm in the OLPH School cafeteria on October 3rd, 10th and 24th. Practice starts in November. Look for details during the Spur's basketball season for an OLPH CYO day with the Spurs. We get discounted tickets to the Spur's game and the children get to play intersquad scrimmage games on the Spur's court! Look for details during basketball season for this annual great time to cheer your child on and to support the Spurs! We also support the Silver Stars and get discounted tickets to attend a Silver Stars game. Look for details during the CYO 2010-11 year!
2011 Track Registration
Registration is from 9am to 1pm in the OLPH School cafeteria on January 9th and 23rd. Practice starts in February.
2011 Baseball, Softball & Teeball Registration
Registration for baseball, softball and tee-ball is from 9am to 1pm in the OLPH School cafeteria January 23rd, February 6th and 13th. Practice will start in March. OLPH CYO attends a San Antonio Mission's game in Mid May each year where OLPH CYO kids line the foul territories before the game begins. It's usually on a dollar night and tickets normally run $7 to $8 dollars per person. It's a community building event and we usually sell about 700 tickets fro the game!
2010-11 Coaches Appreciation Dinner
The annual Coaches Appreciation Night will be August 14th. All coaches, team moms and team ministers are invited from the 2009-10 CYO year which runs from August 2009 to July 2010. A dinner will be served on August 14th, 2010 ath the ball fields. E-mails will be sent from the commissioners based on official rosters from the 2010-2011 sports season.
CYO Meetings
OLPH CYO Monthly Meetings 7/12/2010 through 7/11/2011
Once a month we hold a board meeting, head coaches meeting and then a Radical Reverse Raffle meeting for our yearly fundraiser. It's usually on the first Monday of each month. The board meeting is from 6 to 6:30pm, coaches meeting from 6:35 to 7:05pm and the RRR meeting is from 7:10 to 8pm. If the first Monday happens to fall on a holiday, (banks closed) the meetings will be moved to the 2nd Monday. Everyone is invited but it is mandatory for the head coaches and all commissioners to attend the coaches meeting. The board and commissioners are required to attend the RRR meeting. The meetings are held upstairs at our baseball fields.

Opening Day Ceremonies for Teeball, Baseball and Softball
Opening Day Ceremonies will be in March 2011 at the OLPH Ballfields! This is a day for the kids to be recognized and have fun!
