Zone II - Id card                        

You will get your I D card at the chancery when you go thru a certification class. If you need to replace your old or lost card you must call the chancery and make an appointment.
Then go for your picture and pay $5.00 or $10.00 one or the other to get a new I D badge.

Coach Requirements                        

Every coach must attend a 3-hour class (6 PM to 9 PM) held at the Chancery on 2718 W. Woodlawn in north West  San Antonio.  Failure to attend will result in not being able to coach.  You will receive a badge that must be worn at all times during inter-zone and city playoffs.  No exceptions.

Certification Classes Dates                        

Listed below are the dates that we will hold coach’s training for the next CYO sports season. All coaches and team ministers must attend to be part of any team. The sessions are $12.00 per person and must be pre-paid. There is a minimum of 25 and maximum of 50 allowed per session and they must be pre-registered at the CYO Office to attend any sessions.

The CYO Office will pre-register all coaches for each session. A parish officer will bring in the names and payment for each coach that will be attending, at least one day prior to the day of the session (Unless otherwise indicated). Coaches must bring with them to the session proper identification. Please use the enclosed form to pre-register all coaches.

Any person that shows up and is not pre-registered will not be accepted and must pre-register for another class. There will not be any sessions for basketball scheduled after December 10, 2009. Therefore, make sure your coaches and team ministers attend a session on or before December 10, 2009. And let them know that each session will last at least three hours and that they must stay for the entire session. Please have them allow themselves enough time to take a photo for their badge before the class.
